I. Am. Speechless. Last week, my very first order arrived with a cute little personalized ‘thank you’ card (…little things make a difference). It was the day Grandma (who bought me my current coffee set up) died, and it made my day so much brighter.

On the day of her funeral, a lovely gift box with MORE of my favorite type of coffee arrived (Costa Rica — I’m partial to since I spent time there).

I want to thank you for the fast shipping service when I place an order online. I’m a newer customer and yesterday placed just my 2nd order that was shipped same day and delivered to me today (through USPS). That is unheard of service and I just want to thank you for how you handle your business and the personable service you provide. We have been getting our coffee and espresso from Mountain BIrd Coffee for years now, and one thing we love the most is the fact that the taste is always very consistent. When you finally find your perfect cup of coffee, you sure don’t want it to change! We also love the fact that we are supporting a small business and one that has wonderful customer service. Orders are shipped out so quickly; we always receive them within a couple of days. The team is friendly, personable and so responsive to whatever the need might be.

They have gone out of their way to help us when we needed a specific tea. I can’t imagine finding another coffee roaster that could replace Mountain Bird, and I hope that they continue on just as they are for a long time to come
