WELCOME Mountain Bird Coffee is a small batch roaster, delivering some of the finest quality gourmet "crafted" coffees available. We start with 100% Arabica green beans, imported from small farmers and cooperatives, which have been shade grown at high altitudes in rich volcanic soil. We strive to provide coffees from those farmers who practice "Fair Trade" and/or "Organic" farming which promotes a living wage and sustainable habitat for migratory birds. Mountain Bird Coffee is proud to offer only coffees which are produced in the "Americas". It is our firm belief that integrity, quality and freshness is tantamount in delivering...to you the customer...products which bear our trademark. Coffees which not only taste good, but in addition, help improve the lives of small farmers and protect our natural resources. We are a proud member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).
